Product Notes
This beer style hails from perhaps the world's best know beer region, Bavaria. Bridge Road's Brewer, Ben Kraus, traced his roots back to the land of beer and has researched this style in it's homeland Germany. The beer is deep red to brown in colour, with a strong beige head. The nose instantly gives away the style, fruity, and clove like with plenty of fresh banana. On the pallet this cloudy beer is super smooth, with a soft roundness, an interesting blend of roasted malts with banana and clove and hint of bitterness. A dry roasted character lingers on your pallet until your next mouthful.
