Our Homebrewer Interviews
There are very few professional brewers who’s position was assured as a birthright (ex Busch, Coors). If we were to take a poll, I think we would find that more than 75% of professional brewers (at least in the United State) were, at one time, homebrewers. This may not be the case outside the U.S. where breweries tend to be much older and the brewing order is more a stepping stone within the brewery than a bootstrap operation too a functioning brewery.
We here at CellarMonk want to give all the recognition and encouragement that we can to those that hone their craft at home and dream of something bigger or are just as happy keeping their craft within their own circle of friends. Keep up the good work!
