Ghost Brewing Co. is the uncanny creation of Steve Crump and James Thompson. Two beer obsessed gents who have turned the ancient art of making beer into their own dark art using only full-flavoured hops. Bringing together only the finest ingredients, then brewing long into the night as they created frightfully good beer. Our philosophy at the Wimbledon Brewery is to utilise the best English brewing traditions and brewing ingredients. Our brewhouse has been designed with modern materials and construction methods, but is built for traditional brewing methods andincludes a number of features unique to us. Our core beers will be brewed using one of the Head Brewer’s favourite barley varieties, Maris Otter, to produce the pale ale malt and our hops will include the classic English varieties. We have our own strain of yeast that will enhance the flavour and character of our main brewing materials.

Craft produced ales in the heart of the Sussex countryside just outside Bexhill On Sea. Our mantra is to produce quality beer, which is accessible for everyone, every day drinkable and will leave you wanting more and more.  And all done in a converted, Grade I listed milking barn. With the music turned up. Loud.

Pivovar Matuška was established on 13 April, 2003, on Easter Monday, thay the first batch of a special dark beer was brewed.   It took two years to put this micro-brewery together. Its founder, Martin Matuška, a brewer since 1981, was able to do it only thanks to the moral and financial support of his whole family, and also knowing that his son, Adam, would carry on the family brewing tradition.   We make craft beer, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
