…volt egyszer egy Hopfanatic. Akár kezdődhetne így is a mesénk. De valójában minden 2013-ban, egy szép tavaszi napon kezdődött.A Hopfanatic Sörfőzde 2013 márciusában kezdte meg működését Kiskunhalason. Különleges sörök készítése volt a célunk. Több eddig nem fellelhető sörstílust szerettettünk meg, az igényes sörök kedvelői körében. 2016 őszén a termelésünket leállítottuk és teljes körű korszerűsítésbe kezdtünk. 2017 május 16.-án az új, modern, az előbbinél kétszer nagyobb kapacitással megkezdtük a söreink főzését. Célunk nem változott, továbbra is magas minőségű sörkülönlegességeket szeretnénk főzni. 8 állandó sörrel térünk vissza, ami egész évben beszerezhető. The Froth Blowers Brewing Co. is an independent, family-run microbrewery. It is situated in Erdington, Birmingham and started selling commercially in October, 2013. The general style of the majority of the beers is ‘pale and hoppy.’ All beers are made with live yeast, Maris Otter pale or extra-pale malt as the base, with a variety of hops to finish. Freebridge Brewing is the dream of a fifth generation Oregon ranch family – Steve Light and Laurie Petroff-Light. On Laurie’s Matriarchal side, Great Grandma Matilda Hendricks walked into Fort Dalles Oregon as a young girl on the Oregon trail. Most likely over the Freebridge.
