  We brew our own beer on site at the back of the pub and serve it directly from tanks behind the bar. We believe that great beer is best enjoyed fresh and that nothing beats the experience of a flavourful beer direct from the tank at the brewery. Pop in on the right day and you might find the bar filled with the smell of malt and see our staff brewing through our brewery windows while you enjoy your pint.   We are a small brewery based in Lyme Regis. We brew a range of five regular beers that are available year-round, plus a number of seasonal specials.

  A BEER WITH MORE TASTE We brew all beer with surplus fresh bread, so it’s planet-saving and palate-pleasing. We collaborate with craft breweries all over the world and open-source a recipe for homebrewers. A WORLD WITH LESS WASTE Food production is the biggest contributor to climate change, but one-third of food is wasted. We want to change that. Did you know 44% of bread is never eaten? We work with bakeries and sandwich makers to prevent waste. TOASTING CHANGE All our profits go to charities fixing the food system. Our main partner is Feedback, a campaigning organisation.
