Product Notes
A quaint Bavarian dark beer. A typical malty flavor character. An ideal companion to roast pork. Also in the sauce, this beer is your roast that special something. With 12.6% wort from regional raw materials that beer is brewed. The dark malt comes out of Markt Schwaben and hops from the Hallertau. This beer is aged in the warehouse basement and is bottled in our own Flaschenfüllerei in Loh.
