    ABOUT DC BRAU Not too long ago, our nation’s capital was a world-class beer town without a brewery to call its own. Since Christian Heurich had closed the doors to his brewery in the 1950s, Washington DC had no brewery whose products were available in local stores and on tap outside its site of production.     The Gatehouse Tavern

    The Gatehouse Tavern, in the heart of Coventry, is a traditional family pub, with one of the few beer gardens in the city centre. Come to the Gatehouse for a drink from our wide selection of beers and ciders and why not have a meal from our home cooked menu. With a big enphais on sport The Gatehouse shows all live games including Speedway, Rugby and Football and have 3 screens inside and also one outside for those summer games. Food is served at lunchtime from 12-3pm Monday – Saturday and during the evening from 6pm-9pm Tuesday – Friday.

    The creation of the brewery in the town of Elland, W.Yorkshire means that Elland Brewery can offer its customers an exceptional range of cask conditioned beers. The brewery now has a capacity to brew 50 barrels per week and the flexibility to offer customers a choice of around a dozen beers at any one time.
