Paul (Anspach) & Jack (Hobday), two London graduates, founded Anspach & Hobday in the pursuit of a better beer experience. Guided by the wave of contemporary craft beer and inspired by the illustrious brewing heritage of London, Anspach & Hobday’s vision is to brew and curate the best of beer and put London back at the centre of the map for beer in Europe. The Brewery and Tap is based in an Archway in Bermondsey, London. Just a stones throw from the Shard and Tower Bridge.

Y Bragdy Mws Piws – The Purple Moose Brewery
Y Bragdy Mŵs Piws / The Purple Moose Brewery is a ’40-Barrel’ micro-brewery based in the historic harbour town of Porthmadog, North Wales, close to the mountains of Snowdonia. Brewing commenced on 14th June 2005 with a one-off special pale ale at 3.5% called “No.1”.We currently produce four standard beers in both cask conditioned and bottled formats.

Brewsmith Beer Limited
Founded in 2014 by the Smith family – James, Jennifer and Ted; we are a 10 barrel microbrewery, based in the picturesque village of Ramsbottom, Bury. Excellently positioned on the banks of the River Irwell we are currently producing a small range of cask and bottle conditioned ales: SIBA North West Outstanding – Brewsmith Bitter, Brewsmith Pale, Anvil Ale, Brewsmith IPA and our Oatmeal Stout. Along with our seasonal specials – Nelson Sauvin Pale, Brewsmith Cascade, Brewsmith Gold and Brewsmith APA. Our emphasis is on quality ingredients and attention to detail to produce ales we are proud of.

Sweetwater Hash Brown
We fired up the skillet to 420°, tossed in a sizzling concoction of 2-row, Wheat, Pale Chocolate, Cara-Brown and Midnight Wheat, then added in a hefty dose of hop hash and other dank-ish-ish-ish fixin’s to scatter, smother and cover this baby all the way. Resiny, citrusy hops spice up the rich chocolate and caramel notes the malt brought to the mix, making this platter slide down the counter at 60 IBU’s.

North Union Brewing Company
The seed for North Union Brewing Co was planted when founder Iain Kenny took a job in an off license at 16 years old. Intrigue soon ignited a passion as he started to wonder what the differences were with different beers and styles. A bit of research and a few homebrew attempts later he was off to Heriot Watt University to study Brewing and Distilling. After four years of study he returned to his home town of Sheffield where he took a job at the near-by Kelham Island Brewery where after two years he became Head Brewer. As well as experienced gained in the UK, Iain has travelled well…
