Sierra Nevada Ovila Abbey Quad with Plums
Rich, dark, and infused with the complex sweetness of abbey-grown plums. Our Ovila® Abbey Ales series is a collaboration with the monks of the Abbey of New Clairvaux in Vina, CA. Each beer is a modern twist on a traditional Belgian-style abbey ale—monastic inspiration and American innovation. These rotating Ovila Abbey Ales highlight, when possible, local ingredients grown and harvested by the monks on their nearly 600-acre working farm. We hope you enjoy these one-of-a-kind collaboration ales.

Victory Donnybrook Stout
The most refreshing dark beer you could ever imagine this side of Dublin! Low alcohol and roasted barley keep it clean and flavorful. The subtle earthiness of European hops harmonize with the roasted barley to offer a whiff of peat. Served with the classic nitrogen pour, Donnybrook delivers an impressive head and silken body of a classic stout.

Victory Helios Ale
(Re) Introducing Helios Ale. We’ve rebranded the former V-Saison and now introduce Helios Ale. This bottle-conditioned, Belgian-inspired ale remains the same refreshing ale that you enjoyed as V-Saison, however, in a more approachable, less expensive 22 oz capped bottle. Helios Ale has an earthy, aromatic hop start and shifts into aspects of lemon peel and black pepper. This is a quenching, invigorating ale, despite its substantial strength. This style was developed to refresh farm workers during harvest season in its native Belgium. Though such high alcohol is surprising to imagine as suitable for ‘refreshment,’ it does seem to fit the Belgian philosophy on enjoyment of their beloved beer.

Victory V 12
If you follow Victory closely you’ll remember that there was a V Ten in this series. V Twelve put that creation away for good. Essentially what might be called a Belgian quadruple (the natural step beyond tripel), V Twelve features Belgian ale yeast and fruit flavors galore in the perfect expression of what the series is meant to be, gloriously unique.

An exquisite blend of imported malts and whole flower American hops merge harmoniously in this complex ale. Discover the dark intrigue of Storm King, as it reveals the rich, substantial flavors that it holds within.

Victory DirtWolf Double IPA
Darkly heroic, Humulus Lupulus (hops) have empowered brews with bite and character since the 11th century. DirtWolf is a tribute to these untamed vines which rise from the earth with the voracity of a “wolf among sheep.” Hops have made an assertive comeback in American craft brewing. Revel in the best U.S. varieties of hops, in their natural, whole flower form, as they bring a vital, pungent reality to the soul of a wild element in our dangerously satisfying DirtWolf Double IPA.

Victory Prima Pils
Prima! It’s a German exclamation of joy. It’s a recognition of accomplishment. It’s what escaped from our lips the first time we sampled this mighty pilsner recipe. With heaps of whole flower European hops and fine German malts, we achieved the bracing herbal bite and smooth malt flavor that we sought. Prima… an exclamation of Victory! Prost!
