Brinkburn St Brewery Ltd was formed in January 2015 and started brewing in September 2015, after a 9-month period of set-up and trial brewing. During this period we received valuable support and advice from Marble Beers of Manchester, Magic Rock of Huddersfield and Northern Alchemy of Byker, Newcastle. Our 10-BBL brewery is located at Unit 1 Maling Court, Hoult’s Yard, Walker Road, Byker,Newcastle, NE6 2HL and consists of a 10 BBL Kettle and Mash Tun with six (6) 5 BBL separately temperature-controlled fermenters to provide a brewing capability of up to 7,500 pints per week.
