Our beers are all hand made in Nozawa onsen and brewed solely from the best quality natural ingredients found both locally and from around the world. The beers are made without any chemical additives, artificial sweeteners, colourings, flavourings or preservatives. All our beers are served naturally conditioned, un-filtered, and un-pasteurised.

Heller-Bräu Trum GmbH – Schlenkerla
In the middle of the old part of Bamberg, directly beneath the mighty cathedral, one can find the historic smoked beer brewery Schlenkerla. First mentioned in 1405 and now run by the Trum family in the 6th generation, it is the fountain of Original SchlenkerlaSmokebeer (in German language it’s called “Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier”). The smoked beer is here at the brewery tavern still being tapped directly from the wooden barrel according to old tradition. “Even if the brew tastes somewhat strange at the first swallow, do not stop, because soon you will realize that your thirst will not decrease and your pleasure will visibly increase.”

Whippet Brewing Co.
Founded January 2015 in Leeds by leading beer writer Sam Parker, Whippet Brewing Company saw its first test batch served at fellow brewer Malcolm Bastow’s East vs West Festival in May of the same year. An official launch of four core beers was held at Whitelock’s Ale House in the city in early June, with the first batches being brewed at Burley Street Brewery.
