Barney’s Beer is brewed on the site of the original 1800s Summerhall brewery. It’s brewed using traditional techniques; no pasteurisation, no filtration. 100% natural brewing process.

Our microbrewery is in natural harmony with its stunning surroundings and has been built to the highest standard to ensure that quality and consistency are maintained. Our brewery is one of the islands busiest visitor attractions and is pleased to welcome people from all over the world. Why not come and watch the brewers in action during our guided tours and afterwards quench your thirst with a tutored tasting from a selection of our range.

Creating high quality lagers and ales from our brewery in the hills overlooking the Carse of Gowrie, Perthshire. Small batched beers of 500 to 600 litres, chill conditioned, unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally carbonated.
