    Anchor Brewing Company

Anchor Brewing has played a significant role in San Francisco’s rich history. Anchor’s eight unique beers—including Anchor Steam®—are all produced in one of the most traditional and handsome breweries in the world. Each brew is virtually handmade from an all-malt mash in our handcrafted copper brewhouse, a veritable museum of the simple, traditional breweries of old.

    Alaskan Winter Ale

Brewed in the style of an English Olde Ale, this ale balances the sweet heady aroma of spruce tips with the clean crisp finish of noble hops. Its malty richness is complemented by the warming sensation of alcohol.

    Abita Christmas Ale

Christmas Ale (November – December) rounds out our calendar. Generally, this beer is a dark ale, however, the recipe changes each year, offering a unique product crafted with special care. Enjoy your holidays with Abita Christmas Ale. The spicy character is excellent with traditional holiday foods such as gingerbread or spiced nuts.

    Abita Brewing Company

We brew over 90,000 barrels of beer and 5,000 barrels of root beer in our state of the art brewing facility. Our lagers and ales are brewed in small batches, hand-crafted by a team of dedicated workers with only the highest ideals of quality. This pride, along with our brewing process, is what creates our great brews. We are privately owned and operated by local shareholders, many who have been with us since day one. Abita uses only the finest ingredients – British and North American malted barley, German and American yeast strains, Pacific Northwest hops and the pure artesian water of Abita Springs.
