• Cream Ale

    Fullsteam El Toro

We break craft beer convention by unabashedly brewing beer with corn. El Toro is a lager-like classic American cream ale brewed with malted barley, hops, yeast, water…and Carolina roasted corn grits. Sometimes you just want a “beer beer.” El Toro is a spring and summer seasonal, though it will generally be available on-tap at our tavern.

  • American IPA

    Fullsteam Rocket Science IPA

A more modest IPA than some of the more aggressive West Coast versions now out there. Though the hops and malts are balanced, Rocket Science remains a full-bodied American — and not an English — style IPA. Amarillo and Centennial hops provide notes of tangerine and pine. It’s not a unicorn chaser. Just a dang fine IPA.

  • American Light Lager

    Fullsteam Southern Lager

Quaffable yet complex, particularly for a lager; a perfect balance of hops and malt. Fullsteam has a woodsy aroma topped off with a caramel and toasty/biscuity maltiness. The result is a balanced beer with a clean, hoppy finish that is more flavorful than bitter. Our mission — though it may take us decades to realize — is to brew Fullsteam with 100% Southern hops and grains. When we launched our brewery in August 2010, Fullsteam Southern Lager was brewed entirely with non-Southern ingredients. Let the adventure begin. 5.5% ABV

  • Brewery - North America

    Fullsteam Brewery

BEER FROM THE BEAUTIFUL SOUTH Fullsteam is a Durham, North Carolina brewery inspired by the agricultural and culinary traditions of the South. Our mission is to craft a distinctly Southern beer style using local farmed goods, heirloom grains, and Southern botanicals. Like what, you wonder? We’re making beer with sweet potatoes, corn grits, summer basil, and malted barley house-smoked over hickory. Other successful “plow to pint” experiments to-date include beer brewed with scuppernong grapes, persimmon, paw paw, rhubarb and more. Ultimately, our vision is to craft a year-round, sustainable, scalable, and distinctly Southern beer brewed 100% with local ingredients. That’s the quest. We’re a long ways from realizing this vision,…

    Aarhus Bryghus

Aarhus Brewery is a micro-brewery, established in September 2005. We produce hand-brewed specialty beers that will complement the range from the big brewers. These hand-brewed specialty beers are niche products that it would be uneconomical for the large breweries to make, since they are leveraged for high series. Aarhus Brewery can better work with small batches and with special ingredients or processes that the big breweries do not have the flexibility to handle. The guiding words to describe Aarhus Brewery is Tradition and Renewal. Tradition in relation to the traditional crafts associated with the brewing of beer. These traditions have evolved differently in different countries.

    Mikkeller

The story of Mikkeller is the story of two homebrewers that in a few years went from hobby brewing in the kitchen to national and international recognition. Since the summer of 2007, Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, has run Mikkeller on his own. Mikkel is a gipsy-brewer, who brews at different breweries in Denmark, around Europe and the United States.

  • Belgian Dark Strong Ale

    Achouffe CHOUFFE BOK 6666

The CHOUFFE BOK 6666 is a seasonal beer especially brewed for the Netherlands. Bok beers traditionally appear on the Dutch market at the end of September. The CHOUFFE BOK 6666 stands out from others due to a copper colour, a fresh and fruity scent and a pleasant full-bodied feeling in the mouth, which ends in an aftertaste with a hint of bitterness.
