The brewery is on the beautiful Notley Farm in the village of Long Crendon, on the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire border near Oxford. Created by Russ Taylor and Gareth Xifaras in 2011,we brew all our own real ales for cask, keg, cans and bottles.

Our principles have been from the beginning to be genuine raw materials used in manufacturing, pure taste experiences and the promotion of Finnish drinking culture. Our selection of beers is rich in multi-threaded as well as product names. We manufacture base and surface yeast oils such as Lucky Pike Lager, Whirlwind Porter or Fly Fruit Wheat Beer. Our distillery products are distilled from Finnish barley malt using a genuine pancake method. In seasoning ciders we have focused on Finnish berries such as lingonberries…
