I was a homebrewer for about 10 years

Is it automated or is there a lot of exercise involved in your brewery’s operation?
I get a work out
Are you responsible for giving the brewery tours? If so, what would you like the tour guests NOT to do?
I give the tours. I would not like them to remain silent. I prefer a dialog.
Ever had a bad batch? If so, how long did it take you to figure out what caused it?
No
Do you get to name the brews or is it done by committee or dictatorship?
Our customers name the brews
What are your favorite styles? Do you get to work on them at your current brewery?
Favorite styles are IPA’s
Do you or your brewery attend the large beer gatherings (i.e. Great American Beer Festival, Zythos, etc.)?
Yes
Any awards?
Not yet, we have not entered any contests, and probably won’t.
Can you give a hint if anything might be coming from your brewery (new brew, special brew, etc.)?

Any advice for those aspiring (kitchen) brewmasters out there?
Read and talk to other brewers. There is a great group of people out there
Any final thoughts?
My last comment can’t be overstated.
