Product Notes

We fired up the skillet to 420°, tossed in a sizzling concoction of 2-row, Wheat, Pale Chocolate, Cara-Brown and Midnight Wheat, then added in a hefty dose of hop hash and other dank-ish-ish-ish fixin’s to scatter, smother and cover this baby all the way.
Resiny, citrusy hops spice up the rich chocolate and caramel notes the malt brought to the mix, making this platter slide down the counter at 60 IBU’s.

Just finishing out the day with a nice hoppy beer.

Aroma: Has aroma of caramel malt and some (citrusy) fruit. Hop aroma is muted.

Look (Appearance): An amber brown color with an off-white/tan head. Very clear. Good head retention

Taste: Roasted malts run neck and neck with the hop bite, with bread and caramel sweetness in the background. A good balance. Lingering bitterness. Rating higher for taste because of this beers balance even with its complex make-up.

Mouthfeel: Medium body with medium carbonation.

Second Look (Overall Impression): Overall I really enjoyed this beer. Would I pound them, no, I like my tastebuds and would rather not kill them off. I would though offer this beer to a friend as a fine example of an IBA.
