Our barley is purchased from selected farmers in our immediate environment. The brewing water comes from springs and Bodenwöhr is pure and fresh. The hops provide the world-renowned Hallertau hop growing region. The yeast required for fermentation is a separate Yeast Culturing for use only in self-produced beers Jacob.
