Salopian beers have a distinct style, they are usually full bodied, aromatic and well balanced. The malt, water, yeast and hops used are always sourced from the same suppliers and the beers produced will naturally show similar characteristics.

Our reputation is built on the quality of our product and the service that we offer to our customers, but we also have a clear ethos concerning our impact on the environment and we strive to make our business as sustainable as possible – it’s more than just a brewing process, it’s the way we do business as well. With this in mind, the majority of our ingredients are sourced locally, supporting the local economy and caring for the environment – for example, most of our hops come from the only hop garden in old Berkshire and spent grains are taken by a local farmer as animal feed – recycling…

Brinkburn St Brewery Ltd was formed in January 2015 and started brewing in September 2015, after a 9-month period of set-up and trial brewing. During this period we received valuable support and advice from Marble Beers of Manchester, Magic Rock of Huddersfield and Northern Alchemy of Byker, Newcastle.
