    Deep River Collaboration without Representation

    The origins of the namesake and making of this beer starts with Ted (Head Beaver). He has been a long time supporter of Deep River and has always rolled out the red carpet for events at his place and is a genuinely swell dude (Beaver). We have been talking about doing a collaboration together since we opened. The stipulations of the beer were that it needed to be above 10% ABV, have coffee, and be aged in barrels.     Udders Orchard Cider Company

    Udders Orchard Cider Company was set up in 2008, collecting unwanted apples from the gardens and hedgerows of Huddersfield and beyond.  Our cider and perry is made using 100% fresh-pressed juice, with little else added.  It is fermented naturally over winter, and matured during the spring.  Leaving a delicious northern style cider.
