A Visit To Bhramari Brewing Company

I recently had the opportunity to stop in at Bhramari Brewing Company during a recent visit to Asheville, North Carolina while my daughter worked at a wedding in town.  I would have to say that I quite enjoyed myself. Saturday afternoon, taproom not too busy (but I could see it becoming very busy later in the day). The building itself it quite large and broken into different seating sections. Plenty of seating is available around the taps as well as there being a quite large patio and another section the encompasses another corner of the bulding. The brewery’s beer selection was quite extensive and there were also other alcoholic options (mixed drinks)…

    Legion Brewing Company

We have chosen a symbol of friendship as our flagship brand; two arrows crossed at the center. Native American tribes used this symbol to represent the bringing together of two clans. In essence Friendship. Our beer honors this standard as well; embracing our sense of place here in the Carolinas and the diversity and warmth and pride of home from this unique neighborhood. We are driven to push the boundaries of making innovative brews that taste of those influences. We do this using seasonally available, local Carolina and American ingredients in both traditional and innovative ways.At our core, every member of Legion Brewing recognizes that none of us got where we…

    Bhramari Brewing Company

It’s all in the name… Bhramari Brewing Company hasn’t always been our name. As many have found out in this brewing industry, it is hard to find a name that isn’t already taken, but that doesn’t mean it stops being who we are. “Hive Mind” was more than just the original name for our unique brew pub when it was conceived — it was its founding core. It was dreamt up to be a creative collection of artists sharing their knowledge with each other to build something bigger than any could build by themselves, and the reality has become even better than the dream! There are always challenges to opening…

    Legal Remedy Brewing Co.

In 2009, a lawyer, a landscape architect, two bankers and a computer guy figured beer was a worthwhile use of time. Legal Remedy was born, and this crew started entering homebrew competitions. Over time, they figured they would “go legal.” so they got a license from the Feds. Shortly thereafter in 2014, the first legal batch of Legal Remedy went to market. About nine months after that, the brewery on Oakland Avenue opened – and here we are. Needless to say we are omitting a detail or two, but we’re trying to tell a story here. This is the most American of stories – people with a common goal trying…
