Bastone Brewery
Bastone first opened its doors in May of 2004. It is named and styled after the famous Belgian city (though the spelling has been simplified). This unique restaurant and brewery is housed in a 1930’s era building, the exterior of which has been restored to it’s original art deco look in association with the State of Michigan Historical Society. Inside, the high arched ceiling, wood floors and white subway wall tiles create the comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere of a European brasserie. The menu starts with Belgian-style favorites including Waterzooi, Steamed Mussels and Pomme Frites, then expands to more wide-ranging features including unique sandwiches, hearth-baked thin-crust pizzas, seafood, salads and more.…

Firestone Walker Double Jack
Double Jack IPA is our first ever Imperial IPA. It features a big malty middle to cloak the high alcohol and mouth puckering hop bitterness. Huge tangerine, grapefruit and juicy fruit aroma blossom over the herbal blue basil and malt earthiness of this aggressive beer. Best enjoyed in moderation.

Firestone Walker Walker’s Reserve
A singularly distinctive beer that represents our finest brewing efforts, Walker’s Reserve is a elegant dark ale featuring robust flavors of toffee, caramel and bittersweet chocolate. This brew employs five specialty malts, as well as oat and barley flakes, for added complexity and flavor.

Firestone Walker Oaktoberfest – Coming Fall 2013
Oaktoberfest is a true German Märzen bier, brewed with premium imported Pilsner and Vienna malts. It’s spiced with Bavarian hops from the Fatherland, and fermented with the famous Bavarian Augustiner Lager yeast from Munich. We utilized German Hallertauer traditions for both bittering and aroma additions, adding a rich, noble hop presence to this beer. Draft only. Coming September 2013.

Firestone Walker Velvet Merlin
A decadent Oatmeal Stout brimming with cocoa and espresso aromas. Partially aged in bourbon barrels, this beer features a rich, dark chocolate and roasted coffee flavor with a creamy mouth feel and wonderfully dry finish. The addition of U.S. grown fuggles hops contributes the perfect amount of bitterness to this exceptionally balanced beer. Color: Moonless Midnight over black
