    Pear Tree House

Welcome to The Pear Tree House, or simply “The Peartree” as it’s more informally known. Set in the heart of Edinburgh’s Southside we’ve been supplying beers, whisky and all-round hospitality to the locals, students and visitors alike for over 250 years. Initially built as a rather glorious residential house and later pressed into service as the home of a world changing poet, headquarters of several brewing and distilling companies, and now one of the best loved and most charmingly traditional pubs in Edinburgh. We’re probably best known for our large cobbled courtyard and beer garden. Surrounded by flowers and home to some 45 handmade, local sourced and remarkably sturdy benches…

    Apfelweinwirtschaft Adolf Wagner

Since its construction in 1902, was located in the Schweizer Strasse 71 in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen an apple wine. Adolf Wagner and his wife Leni acquired the estate in 1931, a risky endeavor, especially in the midst of the Great Depression. However, after extensive renovation work was already on 19 December 1931, the first pint served. Cider is a one-year drink and wants to be in the course of a year, after his pressing, drunk. Since that 19 December 1931 is the Apfelweinwirtschaft Adolf Wagner family owned, now already in its third generation.

Schauen Sie doch mal wieder vorbei
