Product Notes

Made with lactose, oats, wheat, and pilsner malt. The beer underwent a 12 hour sour mash to add a little tartness. Hopped with Citra and Sorachi ace. Dry hopped with Sorachi ace and Centennial along with 1kg of fresh Lemon peel.
