The Hippo Taproom at 323 Sauchiehall Street brings you the best beer selection in Glasgow City Center as you might expect from the Hippo Beers team.

Eight rotating Keg lines showcasing the best of Scottish Independent Breweries as well as craft beers from all over the world, three rotating Cask lines serving perfect pints of Real Ale and of course our house Lager from 71 Brewing & Cider from Thistly Cross both on tap.

Our fridges have over 70 different bottles and cans from all over the world and are replenished with new beers on a weekly basis so there will always be something new to try!

Now it’s not just beer we love – our premium spirits range will always give you the taste of something different and our wine list is carefully chosen to provide quality and variety. We stock a selection of soft drinks too if you’re taking it easy and filter coffee from the fantastic Charlie Mills.

Our specially designed food menu has everything from Vegan Friendly, and gluten-free dishes to Big Juicy Steak Sandwiches, complemented by moreish bar snacks if you just fancy a wee nibble.
