Aroma: Rich malty aroma. Notes of cinnamon/spice. No hop aroma present.

Look (Appearance): Ruby colored. Clear. Slight tan head that dissipates rather quickly. Some lacing

Taste: Nothing stands out on the taste, but there is a blend of maltiness and spice. No hop bitterness. Slight malt breath.

Mouthfeel: Average carbonation. Medium bodied. Not harsh on the tongue. Did not note alcohol warmness

Second Look (Overall Impression): Being a winter ale I expected spice to be much more prevalent in this beer. The malt character is the main driver in this beer. A decent, easy drinking beer.

Would drink in front of a fireplace.
