Shared this with my wife as we watch the Superbowl. Just lazily sipping.

Aroma: Nice cherry aroma mixing with the earthy aromas displayed by many lambics. No Diacetyl. Aroma was what I had expected. May have been a little muted as the beer was below proper serving temperature.

Look (Appearance): Darker red colored reflecting the fruit style. Nice thick head on the pour that lasted. Was not as clear as I expected

Taste: Very tart cherry tasting. The earthy aspect of a lambic was there but was not prominent. There was just a touch of sweetness as well. It was what I expected from this beer vs other imported Kriek offerings.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied with the tartness very much apparent on the tongue. Quite carbonated as well to help balance out the tartness (or at least distract your tastebuds).

Second Look (Overall Impression): This was a very enjoyable beer that I figure was right where it should be in its style. I liked the low sweetness of this beer because it gave the main component (cherries) the spotlight and let you experience the mild complexity that is a kriek lambic. I would recommend this beer for tasting.
