New Albanian Brewing Company

It started on Plaza Drive in New Albany, Indiana, with Sportstime Pizza in 1987 (now the NABC Pizzeria), followed by Rich O’s (NABC Public House) in 1990, the incorporation of the New Albanian Brewing Company in 1994, the launch of the original New Albanian Brewery in 2002 (the first commercial brewery in New Albany since 1935) and, more recently, the opening of the Prost! Rooms for reserved functions, special events and evening dining.

In 2009 the all-night skull sessions were back - the craft beer flowing better than ever - and we have now opened our second location, in downtown New Albany. The Bank Street Brewhouse already features fine food and great NABC Beer in the Brasserie, a beer garden and a 15 barrel brewery for regional distribution of our soon to be famous draft beer! (There are also rumors of 750 ml. bottles of Hoptimus and Thunderfoot and 'Kaiser in a can'!)

Louisville’s perennially best beer selection is just across the river. We craft our own beer, serve hundreds of other fine beers from America and around the world, and offer locally renowned dining – now in two New Albany locations.
