The Little Earth Project

The ‘Little Earth Project’ may be a strange name for a brewery but this is not a normal brewery. Situated in the picturesque Suffolk countryside, Little Earth Project specialises in brewing historic, farmhouse & wild beers using wild and organically farmed ingredients from the local landscape in many of its beers. The brewery is small but unique, using local coppice wood & solar power as its main source of energy. The building was built using local bricks & wood, as well as insulated with sheep wool. The store room is lime plastered - keeping the moisture levels steady, helping keep our malt & hops in great condition.
