This bespoke 6 brewers barrel plant produces 120 firkins per week. Our Brewers have created Rodent themed beers to critical acclaim and won a string of Awards. In addition to the regular beers below, the Rat Brewery concentrates on heavily hopped pale ales. Ones to look out for include the intensely hoppy Crazy Rat 6% and Rat Against the Machine 7.4%, Our Head Brewer, Paul Spencer personally brews something special each month under the 'Project Rat' Experimental Series of one-off brews.
