Good beer is a question of character - especially at a time when many beers are always similar. Therefore, the private brewery Moritz Fiege focuses on autonomy and the special taste and tradition in the Ruhr area will ensure that our beers preserve their unique character.

The selection of our raw materials we devote special care, because we understand our craft brewing as an art in which every detail must be the highest quality products available. Together with our brewer, we take care of the purchase of raw materials and adherence to strict quality standards - according to the brewery Moritz Fiege recipe and the German purity law of 1516.
