Brewery Notes
We are a six barrel craft microbrewery situated inside Polly's old horse stable in Mold, North Wales. We brew fresh, seasonal hoppy beers - mostly Pales, IPAs and Saisons in both can and keg.
We launched in early 2018 with a passion to make the best, freshest beer we possibly can. There's not much in the way of hop-saturated beers in North Wales, so hopefully we can help change that.
While we focus most of our attentions on brewing seasonal beer, we're also developing a core range soon to be available in both can and keg formats - a commitment to both beer quality and consistency.
