Like many other micro breweries, we started out as home brewers. We have many years of home brewing experience, with many successful brews and some failures. For many years we have thought about starting a brewery, then in early 2018 we discovered the brewery and bar available to rent. It was a no brainer, a brewery already set up and ready to go with little work required to start brewing. So here we are, almost there with just a few legalities and work on the brewhouse holding us up, but we hope to be brewing by mid summer 2018 with our brewery tap opening sooner.
