Baar has been wonderful since 1862 - not just from a beer perspective. In addition to the pleasure of drinking, the art of brewing also brought with it a spirit of innovation. Five generations led the brewery through the ups and downs of the fluctuating economy and two world wars. The Baarer Braui has been owned by the Buck-Uster beer dynasty continuously since 1902.
