Beer with a pleasing texture. Usually refers to a beer with soft notes and flavors and a creamy texture

A soapy aroma or flavor

Beer that is not overly hoppy or overly carbonated

Tart flavor, often acidic, sometimes puckering. Appropriate in some beer styles (Belgian browns, Lambic beers, etc)
