I very much enjoyed this book. All the material included in the book was laid out plainly and the book was thoroughly researched. Mr. Mosher provide a wealth of information on how we as humans interact with this alcoholic beverage (whether via taste, smell, mouthfeel, etc.). He provides good advice on tasting and how outside factors might influence what each of us perceives. Plus much much more.
I only wish he would have spend more time on beer and food pairings, but there are many books out there that deal with that.
I would recommend this book to those individuals that are just entering the world of craft beer. The book has a good bit of detail, but not anything that a novice couldn't understand.
Well done.
