What a fantastic place to end our Edinburgh pub crawl. Was crawling with my twitter pals @Sevare and @ElixirBrewCo and this fortunately would be our last stop (I actually had my entire family with me so there were 9+2). Holyrood9a went right to work seating us and were very quick to take our drink orders and make us comfortable.
Once we had our drinks, the food menu came out. Just a wonderful menu of food. Most of my family went for one of their gourmet burgers and I can say that everyone was very happy with their selection.
Their drinks menu was quite extensive and desserts were available (no takers as the burgers and fries had everyone full). Service was speedy and top notch and the atmosphere inside was traditional "local". There was also what seemed to be a bear there (really just an enormous black Newfoundland dog that was about as docile as could be).
Don't miss this establishment if in Edinburgh.
