The Dog & Bone

We are Chris and Sarah Sorrell, a husband and wife team from Lincolnshire with a cuddle loving dog called Blade and the somewhat stately Cyril the Chinchilla !! We are thoroughly enjoying being here at the Dog and Bone and we feel really fortunate to be hosts of this truly wonderful pub; it represents everything we love in a pub, real ale, real cider, a fabulous atmosphere and excellent company. Being part of the Dog and Bone is like being part of a caring and loving family, the locals mean the world to us and each other, there really is something quite unique in the air here. We always have lots going on, check out the black boards in the pub, this website, facebook or twitter for more information regarding the pub and to get involved. We have some winter hats and wool slippers for sale and often curios etc. We also have a collection of intersting old valve radios and paraphernalia for you to look at, they always spark great discussion, the display will change periodically to keep it fresh. The walls display local artists work and the display changes every 2 months. There are musical instruments around the pub for you to enjoy, many locals strum away at our guitar and out board game collection is always popular and well used. Why not pop and see us and while away a few happy hours.
