The Inveralmond Brewery
The last brewery in Perth (Wrights) closed its doors in 1966. More than 30 years later, on 14th May 1997, The Inveralmond Brewery opened its doors and began brewing beautiful beer from the heart of Scotland. Perth is the natural location for a brewery, being situated in the very heart of Scotland. The Inveralmond Brewery nestles between the fabulous rolling hills of Perthshire and the mighty Grampian mountain range, with crystal clear rivers all around. Quantum Brewing Company
Quantum Brewing Company, established 2011, is a small craft microbrewery in Stockport, Manchester, making ales in cask, keg and bottle. Quantum uses the very best ingredients available to craft quality products full of flavour and character. We understand that you work hard for the money you spend on beers so we invest heavily in the most flavoursome ingredients available, cutting no corners. We could use sugars and cheaper adjunct in place of malt, but we feel that this would compromise the quality of the resulting beer. Quantum is dedicated to experimentation. We are not afraid to take a risk and brew a beer if the concept behind it is interesting,…

Schloss Eggenberg Samichlaus
Santa Claus Beer is brewed only once a year on December 6 and aged for 10 months before bottling. This beer is perhaps the rarest in the world. Samichlaus may be aged for many years to come. Older vintages become more complex with a creamy warming finish. Serve with hardy robust dishes and desserts, particulary with chocolates, or as to after-dinner drink by itself.

Carolina Zweiköpfigenator Doppelbock
Our Doppelbock is a dark reddish lager with a rich, malty flavor and a slight hop finish. Munich, Caramel, and Chocolate malts give this beer its color and flavor. There is a subtle earthy character from the Hallertau hops to balance the maltiness. The alcohol is 7.4% abv and although not pronounced, it offers a nice warming sensation to go with the malty flavor.

White Street Pale Ale
The classic White Street Pale Ale is a refreshing American Style Pale Ale offering the body of a bronze goddess with a head of billowing white clouds. A blend of American hops give this beer a unique citrus undertone that leaves a hint of grapefruit on the palate. The perfect combination of pale and caramel malts lead to a well balanced ale that is crisp and refreshing. A Cascade dry hop leaves a floral aroma that prepares the drinker for the fresh burst of hops to come.
