To brew the best beers possible requires the best brewery equipment available. Our 20 barrel brewery equipment was previously at the Canongate Brewery on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh’s historic Old Town. This was Scottish & Newcastle’s pilot brew house and as you would expect, was built to a very high specification. Indeed, it remains probably the best equipment of its size anywhere in the UK today. Our flexible Brewery with its special Lautering system allows us to brew between 3,000 and 17,000 pints per day and importantly ensures that we can maintain the highest quality and guarantee a regular supply of cask, keg and bottled beers to the drinkers…

At Wicklow Wolf, our mission is to brew exceptional beers without compromise and with true passion. Independently brewed for independent minds. We are locally rooted and at one with nature, brewing beers in a sustainable way.

Our brewery is named after the beach near its birthplace in Rathmullan, Co. Donegal. We make a range of unfiltered, naturally carbonated beers in a range of styles. In spring 2017 Kinnegar moved to K2, a new state-of-the-art facility in Letterkenny.

Overtone produce hop-forward craft beers with an emphasis on quality and waves of flavour.

Hi. We are a small independent brewery and taproom in the historic brewing town of Lewes. We love making everything from hop-forward IPAs and best bitters to saisons and imperial stouts. We also have a mixed fermentation project centered around a 5,000 litre oak foudre, which we use to create beers that showcase ingredients from the surrounding South Downs National Park, including native hops, wild yeast strains and grain grown just down the road.
